Returns & Refunds policy

Thank you for your purchase from Al Sakib Wood Shavings. Please note that we do not accept returns. However, you are entitled to request an exchange if your product is damaged, defective, or not as described.

Deadline for Exchanges:
You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your goods.

How to Request an Exchange:
To exercise your right to an exchange, please inform us with a clear statement of your request by e-mail at kashan@alsakib.com or +971 50 746 9864. Kindly include your order details and photos of the item, if applicable.

Conditions for Exchanges:

• The goods must be in their original packaging.

• The goods must be unused or in the same condition as received.

• Personalized or custom-made products cannot be exchanged.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, an alternative of equal value will be offered.

Returning Goods for Exchange:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of sending the goods back to us. Please send them to:

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Gifts:
If the goods were purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, an exchange will be provided.
